Droppe - New era of B2B Procurement

FULL-TIME UX UI DESIGNER / 02.2022 - 04.2024

About

Droppe is a B2B wholesale marketplace that aims to modernize and streamline
procurement processes for businesses across Europe. As a sole designer, my mission
was to create an easy-to-use platform that simplifies procurement management
by connecting businesses with a wide network of trusted suppliers. During one and
half years of my role as the UI/UX designer, my main tasks were design interfaces
using UX best practices, study user behavior, gather insights through surveys,
interviews and data analysis
. I worked closely with the growth team, focusing on
optimizing conversions and enhancing key metrics — all contributing to the
project's overall success.

From Home Page
to Checkout

One of my proudest achievements at Droppe has been creating a user journey that covers everything from the Home Page to the Checkout, with all the essential steps in between. Starting from the Home Page, we introduce the catalog of industrial products, making it easy for users to find what they need. As they navigate into the Catalogue section, users can effortlessly use technical filters, request quotes, or dive deep into details on product pages. Here we have neatly organized product information, that helps users understand technical details about each product. This journey leads to the checkout, where I've been improving engagement and optimizing conversion rate.

Responsiveness

During my time at Droppe, I had the opportunity to design views specifically tailored for mobile and tablet users, always keeping their unique needs and preferences in mind. I was making sure that our users can effortlessly browse and engage with our marketplace, no matter which device they choose.

Internal Tooling

Working on internal tools designed to streamline operations for our
in-house team. Through interviews, benchmarking, and user tests, I developed user interfaces that make it easy for our team to efficiently manage and maintain the platform. Examples of the internal tools are: feedback center & product analytics.

Research Methods

Throughout my journey at Droppe, I’ve deep dived into
a range of research methods. Some of the impactful ones:

- Tree Testing
- User Interviews and Surveys
- Remote Moderated Testing with Figma Prototypes
- Data Analytics
- A/B Testing

I warmly invite you to experience the platform at droppe.com
