and online identification.
THE OUTCOME - Paying bills, assigning papers, and purchasing
online will happen in one glance with facial identification technology.
How many steps you have to take to purchase online?
Registration, providing an account number, log in to your bank, give permission
to make a purchase - these all steps take a certain amount of time. But what
if all of these, can be switched into one simple step - take a look at your camera?
Wherever you are, you can easily book a hotel room, pay a bill or get
fast access to your medicine card. The facial Identification system will
recognize people by their physiological and behavioral characteristics
and will provide a convenient way to manage a business online.

I created a Google Form where I wanted to see, what are the current problems
interviewers are having with online identification and what do they think about facial
identification in the bank system. As a result, I was able to reveal three key points,
which were a good start for creating a persona.

Our user is preferring completing all daily tasks online, because of the busy lifestyle.
Key Point 2
Our user is preferring paying bills by using a mobile application.
Key Point 3
Our user is already familiar with face-id and touch-id technology.

Revealing the user’s motivation, core need, and pain points helped me to prioritize the structure and architecture of the facial identification function.
First, it is essential to show, why our user can be sure about the safety of using Facial Identification.

Make purchases with spacial terminals
The function of Facial Identification can come along with special terminals in local shops, where instead of a credit card, you can simply look at the camera.
After the introduction, the user is invited to start the registration of biometrics.
The registration itself is coming with
a micro-interaction such as animated
circles and vibration with small intervals.
The recommendations help the user to complete the registration fast and without any problems. Having good lighting, keeping the face in the middle of the circle, and taking off sunglasses is the key to complete the registration successfully.
